We met in church youth group back when we were 11 and 12. And now we are getting married in that same church.

both my hubby and i scuba dive and we met at a dive site and was introduced to eachother by diving pals we shared just as we were about to step into the water
We actually met on myspace. We talked for a while, were supposed to meet up at a bar the night before Thanksgiving, but he didn't end up going out. For the next month we tlaked a few times here and there and finally he asked me if he should just delete my number. I'm so happy he didn't!

We met at a WEDDING!!...hahaha. I was friends with the bride and we was friends with the groom.
Eight years ago in a kitchen! He was the Sous Chef and I was a server at the country club where we worked. We were friends for a couple of years before we started dating...had to check out the culinary skills : ). I can't wait to marry my best friend and having a chef in the kitchen isn't bad either.
We met a work, how typical, right? I remember the first time I heard him talk I went into a fairyland... such a firm, intelligent voice... then my next thought "he is probably engaged" (since he wasn't wearing a ring). What a weird thought, eh?

We met at college. We were in the same dorm and he came to me with CRUSH troubles. Basically, I hooked him up with a girl he liked. I was the go-to gal for advice and such, but I never really got to know him until he broke up with said girl after a 2-year relationship. I never knew it, but apparently he always was intimidated by my awesomeness (HIS words). He assumed I had a line of boys tending to me (HA! FALSE! Those were all FRIENDS not BOY TOYS) and that his shy nature was not good enough for my outgoing ball-busting friends-with-all attitude (HIS words again...and FALSE). Boy, was he off base. I thought he didn't even notice me outside of the "dear sally" role! Huh. Boys are funny. They never truly grow out of that elementary school phase, I swear. Anyway, yadda yadda yadda years and a breakup and a reunion later...TA-DA!
We also met at work. We both worked at a ski resort and we were at the X games trials VIP party. He threw his arm around my neck and said, "You're that doctorchick aren't you?" He wouldn't let go of my neck, so when he asked for my number, I gave it to him so he just LET GO!
He called for 3 years. I turned him down for 3 years. Finally he wore me down, and I said he could hang out with me once. The only hitch was that I was working in Idaho for 2 months. He drove out to see me and the rest was history. Thank god he's persistent!

We are college sweethearts! We actually met in the computer lab at school. I like to call us a match made in geek heaven :)
We met at the Psychiatric Hospital...he worked with the kids, and I was doing my internship. I was drawn to him because he was so great with the children and he was pretty cute too! It was fun to tell my mom about him at first, because she definately thought I'd started dating a former patient. :)
we met in high school... i was a sophomore, he was a junior. His friend apparently liked me and asked him to call me and see if i liked him (yes this was high school) Soon we were talking on the phone all the time and have been together ever since. 
we met the first month of freshman year at college...we both lived in the same tiny dorm and both got a conference Rookie of the Week award (him for football and me for soccer), which got everyone else in our dorm talking about how McIntosh was being represented athletically on campus...I wanted to meet this football player, got introduced and he says he had a crush on me from that day...3 years later (senior year) we finally got together and it's been almost 5 years now! siiiiiigh, i love him :)
We met at my college freshman orientation. I was auditioning for the marching band, and he was one of the upper classmen who were helping take us through the audition process. Over the next *9* years, we were friends and housemates...then we fell in love. :)
We are both super shy, so we met online. He was painfully adorably shy!
We met first day of freshman year in high school. I liked him instantly... and he couldn't have cared less...
We stayed friends all throughout high school, and we started dating our senior year. We've been together since!
We met in college - lived in the same dorm our freshman year. Of course, we were both dating other people then, so we were just friends for a long time. He finally asked me out 6 years after we first met. And the rest is history.
we met in south africa at a friend's leaving party that was being thrown at the house i was living in. My friends who were leaving met my now FI earlier in the week and invited him to the party, when he showed up i immeadiately noticed him. I walked up to him and told him that he was going to be my beruit partner... he agreed & we've been together ever since.
Technically we met when we were both in the same 4-H club when we were in middle school. We put on an abridged version of A Midsummer Nights Dream and he was Demetrious and I was Helena. Years later we started dating when I was a senior in highschool and he was a junior. And we are having our reception in the same venue we held the play! Everything comes full circle.
My junior & his senior year of high school! We were in the same health class, had study hall together, and had a bunch of mutual friends.
We actually went to the same high school and same college, which I'm sure will make for a lot of nausea from our future children.
We met playing in an adult kickball league (yup, the grade school game with big red rubber balls and everything!). I was seeing someone else but we would always talk at the bar after our games. Finally, I broke it off with the other guy and we immediately got together! At first I joked that this would just be a fling because he is almost 4 years younger. 4 years later we got engaged!

We met in the Beer Garden at a Stone Temple Pilots concert. I was with my best friend and left her outside while I ran into the restroom. When I came back out to join her, she was talking to him! He was at the concert by himself because his brother ditched him at the last minute. Well, of course we invited him to hang out with us and the rest is history!
We met online... and have never looked back :)

I met him 4 years ago at a friend's b-day celebration at Buffalo Wild Wings...oh so romantic right? haha
We met at work. Matt was my boss! 
We had to hide our romance for a few months until we both got promoted to even positions and it was no longer forbidden hehe. I no longer work there, he does, and poeple still giggle about it.
We met through a mutual friend on MySpace haha He saw my picture and asked our friend about me. Our friend told me about him and then one day he emailed me. We emailed back and forth for a month before deciding to meet in person. We've been together ever since :)
We hung out by default - my good friend dates his old roommate, and we all hung out together. We were just friends until they decided to set us up, and ditched us at a bar one night. The rest is history!
Work! I was home from college for the summer and needed a job...he was the bartender, I was the server. All very romantic

We met in Austria on a hiking excursion! Even though we went to the same college and lived only blocks from each other every year, we didn't meet until we took an alumni Europe trip the summer after graduating.

Our grandparents know that we met at college. Really, we were at a St Patrick's Day Party on a Wednesday. A few green beers later, he helped me down the fire escape! Haha.. we are such dorks.
We met on Match.com in Sept. 2007. We clicked right away and were engaged in Dec. 2007
We met at Church 
I had been looking for a Church for awhile, when a co-worker and good friend ivited me to hers- she also told me about the new cute guy at church! He finally came over to talk to me at a bible study and the rest is history!!
we meet when i was Hitchhiking to work (I know NOT good but I had my reasons) he picked me up, we both worked at a small sky resort :)
