pottery barn's got a retro-ish print in organic but not in your colors. you could also try viva terra or gaiam.com.
vivaterra.com
Expensive, but gorgeous stuff! We registered there and love everything we got.
If you're buying bedding now, I'd upgrade the bed now, or else all the smaller bedding will go to waste later. Or you could just buy king sized bedding now and use it on the smaller bed =)
I am not sure if it is organic but Dwell usually has really cute retro-y styles and they have good sales sometimes. http://dwellshop.com/b2c/ecom/ecomEnduser/default/defaultNF.aspx
Pottery Barn also has organic bedding. I just got an all white hemstich duvet from my registry from here!

I've had so much trouble finding reasonably priced organic bedding. There are several nice organic options at westelm.com, potterybarn.com, crateandbarrel.com, and actually a few at BB&B too. I found some that I absolutely love through maxwellsilverny.com (can't remember the brand offhand), but they're SO expensive. Gorgeous, though. amazon.com also has a few. I decided to register for just organic sheets and pillowcases (at Amazon) and get a conventional duvet cover.
We compromised on the bed size thing by registering for larger linens - we're going to upgrade soon from a full to a queen (no space for a king). Since these two aren't too different in size, I think we can manage using the larger sheets on the smaller bed for a little while. You could also register for the bed, if you think some generous friends might pop for it.
Hope this helps - let us know what you come up with!
Here's what I've found just in a few mins (not all organic, so I may go back to BB&B types, too...)

@GorgesViola Thanks for the westelm...It reminded me how much I love embroidery! Maybe I can get some plain linens and just pay for some stitching locally! Otherwise, the front runner is probably the 1st one, but we would try to TONE IT DOWN and make it more earthy. Thanks ladies!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
FH & I are just not finding any bedding we love. Our ideal bedding would be organic, chocolate brown & pear/olive/lime, with a little bit retro pattern. I may give up on the organic, since we are doing a bunch of other 'green' stuff, and I really want some sheets that have a pattern I like. (Our curtains are chocolate brown, and most other colors are neutrals.) Blue would be a backup to the green or all 3. ;)
Where did you find a good selection of bedding beyond the typical BB&B?
Also, we know we want to upgrade to a King bed in at least 3 years. Should we just bite the bullet now, even though we are trying to put extra $ toward the wedding?
