It's probably just one of those hard to find ones. Most people would either use a "special someone" or "my love" kind of card.
I don't think they make them. Honestly, I looked and couldn't find anything. I ended up just getting a husband card and crossing it out and writing "fiance". :)
I just got my FH this card. It's not a fiance or "love" card but I found it pretty fitting. I love all the cards at Papyrus.

But you are absolutly right, I wish they made fiance' cards...

If you REALLY want it to say Fiance, I would either make it, or have see if someone on Etsy can!
Ummm, you don't. They make cards that are from dogs, happy 47th birthday cards, and cards for other super-random events, but no fiance cards. It's ridiculous!
I found a husband card and crossed it out with a cute little heart or smiley beside. :)
