This was our problem too, at least for him! I'm a size 6, but FI is a 6.5! We found some on overstock.com within that price range. Did you look there?
You should check out Titanium Knights on Etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/titaniumknights. We got my fiance's band there, and I believe they have a wide range of sizes. Don't know if they have the colors you want, but it's worth a look. Their service was awesome, and my fiance loves his ring (and I think we only paid $40 for it). Good luck!
I totally agree with Boston above- Titanium Knights on Etsy are great! They offer ring sizes starting at a size 4, so you shouldn't have any problems. They were fantastic to work with and we love our rings. We spent around $170 for both of our rings and shipping.
my fi got a tungsten band. they are guaranteed for life so if they lose/ gain weight- they will make them a new one. I paid $230 at a jeweler's store...which I thojught was a good price but seeing what you ladies got them for, I guess not. They had it within a week. I think they sell them on Amazon too. Just a sidenote, Titanium can't be engraved.
I love overstock.com, but they didn't have any my size. I did get him an engagement ring there, for Valentine's day :). I did just find a wedding band for him there, but we want to pick mine out before we order is so that the styles match. & I'm on etsy now & wow I love it! Thank you for that link!!!
www.ringninja.com carries a size 7 in mens, and they are also under $80. As for women's rings check on Amazon and Overstock.
Ok so now I'm pretty sure I'm going thru that Titanium Knights on etsy :). So what about my rings matching? I have a 14k white gold engagement ring... do you think the titanium would look wierd with that? I can add a photo if needed?
Actually titanium can be engraved:
*****Important note: Traditional engraving on titanium rings is light and not deep or overly bold (reference photo).**********
Engraving VOIDS the exchange policy. Engraved rings cannot be exchanged in the event of sizing issues, so please consider carefully before purchasing.

My FH and I are also petitie people so we had a hard time also. I read somewhere on-line that larsonjewelers.com has a big selection of women's tungsten rings. While I was there, I saw many of the men's tungsten rings go down to sizes smaller than 7. So we got our rings there. The price is within the price range you specified. They are having a sale right now so we took advantage of it even though we aren't getting married for awhile.
My fiance actually got his on amazon. It was like... 30 bucks or something. He's a size 8, just really plain, pretty ring. And it can be engraved, it just needs to be done by a laser.

So I'm having quite a challenge looking for a titanium or tungsten wedding band because they can't be resized. We want them to be black & silver & would prefer the rings to be under $80 each but we decided we could go up to around $150 each if its needed. So my main dillema is I need a size 4.5 & he needs a size 7. It seems there's not a wedding band in the world that comes in my size! & there's very few guy's rings that are a size 7. I can find girls rings in a size 7 but idk if he'd like that haha.
Any websites? Suggestions? Where did all you brides with small fingers get your rings?
