I'm still early in my pregnancy stage but I'm wondering where I could get a good maternity pants that I could use later on. I started looking around at stores but can't seem to find one that I really like.

Where do you guys bought your maternity pants?

Assuming you mean to wear later in your pregnancy, not after, I LOVE Gap pants.  A little pricey, but SO worth it.  My favorite are the semi-demi panel, specifically these: http://www.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=6026&vid=1&pid=689812&scid=689812002 which I would wear every day if I could get away with it, they are THAT comfortable and flattering.  I'm 37 weeks now and they still fit, and they were great earlier too when I was more bloated then pregnant. And honestly, I love them so much I'm going to have a hard time giving them up after I deliver!

I have a couple pairs of pants/jeans from Old Navy and Motherhood too, but the Gap ones are by far my favorite.  (However, note that I've had to order one size DOWN from my pre-preg size for all Gap pants; I find they run a little big.  But then again, I haven't gained much weight at all and that may have something to do with it.)

I got mine at Target, and loved them! I also got a couple pairs from Motherhood Maternity.

Motherhood Maternity and Old Navy. These are my favorite places to shop for anything maternity.

@blushing - Thanks! I look at their website. Yeah, its a bit pricey but they have nice looking dress pants.

@Rosie - I already went to a Target branch near our place and they don't have that much choices for maternity pants. They're probably out of stock. Maybe I should look at their website. Thanks!

@Roddy - I looked at Old Navy website. Thanks. They have affordable maternity pants. Motherhood Maternity pants looks comfy. I should check it out.

@Pacos-- I second the vote for Gap jeans...You have plenty of time to watch their sales and get things as they get marked down. Also I don't know what part of California you are in but there are some Gap maternity stores in some bigger cities.

Also I have good luck getting brand new ones on Ebay for around $30. I agree with them running a little big tho. I tend to be between a 10-12 in jeans and a 12 is huge on me in their maternity pants but if you get a good deal you can have them taken in a little.

I bought a bunch of pants from Motherhood Maternity.  They're cheap and look/feel fine, even after wearing them for a few months.  Also, I really recommend the "self-belly" or "under-belly" styles.  My skin is itchy enough as it is, and I definitely don't need all that material on the "full panel" pants making me even more itchy!

@Derby - We're in the central coast and I haven't seen a Gap Maternity stores around but I'm not sure. I'll google it to see where's the nearest one. And will definitely check eBay. Thanks!

@Mrs. Spring - I was wondering about what kind of pants to get as I just discovered that there's low, medium, and high panels. And I just discovered that there's a Motherhood Maternity store near our place, will definitely check it out sometime. Thanks for the info!

You can also check for Motherhood Maternity outlets...we have one in San Marcos - I got my under-belly MM pants there (which I LOVE!) for around $30...brand new, no defects.

    Good luck!

I hate full panel and almost exclusively wear low ride pants.  My most comfy pairs are from Old Navy, but the fit is better in some of the other brands mentioned.

Mia is 8 months old and I still wear maternity pants.  Make sure you invest in a few nice pairs from Pea in the Pod or their outlet because you will wear them for a long time.

I also recommend getting the Bella Band.  I wore it during and after pregnancy.

H&M has a great maternity line as well.
