I love esty. but i actually find some things that I really love at target. also vintage stores are a fav of mine.

I'll admit that 95% of the time I only wear "real" jewelry (gold with precious or semi precious stones) so my accessories rarely change. But when I do need something a little less formal/funky for a particular outfit H&M has never failed me. Plus it is usually pretty cheap :D
I really like Avon jewelry. They have some fun costume pieces, but they also have sterling silver and semi-precious stones. I actually got my BM gifts from their catalog. They are sterling silver and pearl. Really pretty.
I like buying cheap stuff at Forever 21. I bought some drop earrings to wear with my wedding gown for 2.80!!
Most of my jewelry is from Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters. I get some stuff on sale at Anthropologie.
I've been buying a bunch of jewelry from Etsy lately, too.

I buy most of my "fun" jewelry at Express and I've also been shopping more for nonwedding items at etsy
anywhere and everywhere.
I definitely love the "real" jewelry and wore that more and more as I get older but I still love the fun jewelry as well. I tend to like stuff at Anthro, Banana, J.Crew, Franchesca, Nordstroms, Etsy, etc etc.
Lately I've also been buying a lot of jewelry from Gilt and similar sites.
Any Etsy sellers in particular that you love? Urban Outfitters has some cute things right now, too!
Do you have a store called Charming Charlies? If you do , go there , got mine necklace and bracelet and earrings all for about 45.00.
