It feels like just a short time ago, my cute little pup was sleeping in my lap like a sweet sweet baby...see below

Now I come home and find the masterpieces he creates when left alone with his doghouse bed...see below.

Do your babies create masterpieces for you? show pics

Lol! He really tore that apart!

I don't have a picture, but our two kitties love to burrow in our clothes that are in our closet organizers (stackable cedar shelves.) They'll paw the clothes out until they can make a nice little space for themselves.

Also, my cat Holly likes to "clean up" hard surfaces. She'll push anything off of them with her paw - including my cell phone, pills, candles, etc.

The funniest part is when we asked him, "What is this" while showing him the foam he would look away as if he didn't know what we're talking about. He is so flipping smart its creepy, ohh... he also destroyed

    -$400 Prada eyeglasses

    -$200 Oakley Sunglasses

    -$1000 sprinkler system

-$100 various dog toys that last him approximately 10 minutes.

I still love him, best thing money could every buy!

Haha, my dog has done that a few times, too!  I used to buy her the fanciest, most luxurious doggie pillows, and she's just rip them to shreds.  Sigh!  Now she just sleeps on a regular person-pillow.  She must like it, because she hasn't destroyed it yet!

hahahahaha great picture!! And I have seen scenes similar to that more times than I can count, including a couch, mattress and at least 20 pairs of shoes - somehow eaten in order from my favorites, right on down. Like he KNOWS.

The worst time ever, I unfortunately don't have a pic of, but I do have a video. I was speechless. I mean, my bedroom looked like a tornado ran through it. Books, shoes, papers, tissues. Anything and everything you could imagine. You could barely see the floor for all the crap scattered around on it. Oh, and he (who is mostly white) got a blue ink pen during all that, which he covered the carpet and himself in. Man, I wish we could post videos on here!!

Luckily, this stage has passed for me now!!!

So I don't have a picture.  But when my dog was about 7 months old me and my then BF now DH woke up to our pup crying his heart out downstairs.  He usually slept in the room with us and hadn't heard him sneak out.  It was so loud and emotional we both got up at 3 am to go downstairs to see who was murdering our poor puppy.

Well the dog had figured out how to nose open the door handle to our food cabinet and had taken out and strewn about oatmeal, crackers, cereal and whatever else he could get his paws on.  Then to top it off he had taken off pillows from the couch and torn them to shreds.  (We called it a training couch because we had gotten it free and kept it in the room we left him in sometimes so knew it was a disaster waiting to happen but at least he got to be scolded and learn it was bad and we didn't lose anything valuable.)

Anyways, at some point he realizes he had been a bad dog and that we would be upset so he just sits in the middle of his destruction and starts bawling to himself about being a bad dog.  It was hilarious and maddening all at the same time.

I adopted my cats each at a year old (three years apart though) so they don't look that much different now.  But I think of when we got each of them from the shelter...both kitties that nobody wanted...and I get a little misty-eyed.

Hey my fellow Las Vegan!  Go Rebs. :)

These pictures are of my baby boy Ryder who at one point was sooo cute and snuggly.  Then, he grew a little bit and was in to EVERYTHING! LOL  He thought all the big rocks in our yard were his and decided he had to keep them away from the other pups.  Hence the standing on the table and rocks in jars. Tongue out  He's too smart sometimes.

OMG! Hilarious! I think he is looking at you like "Look at this nightmare! Who did this?"

Have you tried the Kong brand of toys? Thay usually hold up better and you can put treats or pb in some of them to keep them busy. Hide you shoes!!!

Heh my Chi's are very well behaved, and only chew on their own toys, EXCEPT for one and her issue with pens!!! Ok, a plastic bic pen is one thing, ok, chew the hell out of it, or a crappy mechanical pencil....however....

...a platinum Mont Blanc pen is an ENTIRELY different story, oooh she got in trouble for that!

my dog is really weird. He goes around the house( especially the laundry room) and collects socks. Then he brings them all in family room and puts them in a pile.
