Ours is around 20K, though about half of that is going towards our honeymoon, since we decided that's the important thing for us :)
We spent around 20K in Marin county. We had about 90 guests.
Ours is around $35k in Sonoma for 90 people. That doesn't include rings and honeymoon. Gosh, I don't know how some of you were able to keep it more reasonable!
i started off with a budget of 25k, then realized it cost that much for just the ceremony and reception!!! we're having our wedding at a winery that built this grand reception room just about a year ago. so now the budget is 40k...pretty frightening. i don't know how to reign in the cost!
Ours will be about $33k including the honeymoon.

we are planning a wedding for about 250 guests with a budget of 42K.
We're at $25,000 for about 90 people, not including the honeymoon, rehearsal, or Sunday brunch.
I just realized I didn't disclose my guest count and cost 
We are expecting 75 guests with a budget of $12,500 not including honeymoon. We live in San Francisco but will be having our wedding in Walnut Creek.
BABride: NO :( BIG SAD FACE. we are expecting 200 guests and want to go to europe for 2 weeks afterward. gaaaaah i think i'm going to be broke.
@katy - I feel your pain. We are having 400 guests and won't have a ton of room in the budget for much after we finish paying for the ceremony/reception site, food and beverages. My plan right now is to make good use of our "friendors" and LOTS of DIY. Also, I decided I like candles much better than fancy flower arrangements so I hope to save some $ there.
