I would go there in person. It’s harder for them to put you off if you are in their face.

keep calling! if someone tells me they will call back and i don’t hear anything within 24 hours, i call back. i don’t like wasting time due to someone else’s laziness for not returning the call and being honest about whatever i’m inquiring about (which generally seems to be the case …). is there a manager you can talk to?
