look on craigslist. I needed giant ones when I moved and I ended up getting more than I needed for free simply because someone was getting rid of them.
I was at Ikea yesterday and they seemed to be priced lower than I thought they would be.
Try Kmart, Target, and Walmart they are the most affordable places I found them in . Kmart had the same prices or less as Walmart on the plastic bins

I checked one of the dollar stores here over the weekend and they didn't have any.
I'm guessing I'll need 15 or so of them (they'll be for organizing all the decorations for the ceremony/reception).
