I am getting married at a church, and I am still debating what type of veil to go with. I’m between: fingertip or chapel length (a little shorter than cathedral). Tell me about you! And post any pictures if you want!

It depends on the look you are going for and the train of your dress. My dress had a short ruffled train so I chose to wear a cathedral veil to get some length

We’re getting married in a restaurant that was once a train station (built in 1890s). I’m wearing a fingertip-length mantilla veil (single layer) with silver beading in the lace (to match the silver beading on my dress).
This isn’t it, but it’s the general style: http://www.wedding-veil-shop.com/mantilla-lace-veils/mantilla-veil-V36-MANT.html

Depending on the weather, we’re getting married outside under a gazebo or under a covered pavillion. I’m using my sister’s veil as my something borrowed so I haven’t seen it in a while but I think it’s fingertip length.

I had an outdoor wedding and opted not to wear a veil- Darling Husband doesn’t really like them, and I was afraid that it might be windy.
Instead, I wore a hair flower made of ivory silk- it still had a very bridal feel.

I’m getting married in a theatre and wearing a fingertip length

Beach, Waltz length veil. I like mantilla style veils and the beading/lace helped weigh down the veil so it didn’t blow around.

@LGenz: Its beautiful!! Reason I asked is beacsue I’m worried about the timing.. When I went on farmers almanac it said sunset on my wedding date is at 7.. So was sunset at 8 for your wedding I’m assuming? (Sorry, I’m so worried it won’t work out)

I think Sunset that day was at like 8:15? Ceremony was from 7-7:30 then we did cocktail hour outside from 7:30 – 8:30. Worked at perfectly, although I think our photographer was annoyed because there were tons of shadows. I also couldn’t see Darling Husband really well while I was walking down the aisle because the sun was in my eyes.
