Have you recently come off of birth control? What is your typical cycle length? Are you positive you ovulated 23 days ago (do you temp/chart)?

you probably ovulated later than usual…even if you have the most regular of periods it can happen!  so I would test again in a week if it doesn’t show.

@Mswptobe:  I second @BellaDee:, if you ovulated later than normal then your period just might not be due yet. Sometimes stress, a cold or travel can delay ovulation. I’m not sure if you use fertility friend to track your cycle but it might be helpful especially since you aren’t on any BC. Its good at helping you figure out your fertile window to either avoid (if you don’t want to get pregnant) or do BD on if you do want to get pregnant. Good luck!

@Mswptobe:  Have you been under stress? Have you increased your exercise regime or changed your diet? There are a million things that can alter your cycle.
