Try Fiesta Resort in Tempe -
it sounds hokey, but they've recently remodeled their ballrooms and they are actually pretty nice. their pricing is probably the best that i've seen and the ballroom lobby is LOVELY.
I know a florit in Phoenix that did a great job at my brothers wedding and is knowlegeable aboout Indian Wedding. If you want more information let me know. They were rather reasonable as well according to my brother.

i'm in phoenix and i have a tight budget of $10,000 that can't go much higher. we are looking at having 200-250 guests and we want to be able to serve dinner! any ideas where i should check out? thanks.
