We are having smores as well but over an acrtual fire. What about if you made a little dessert stations with some of the smore cookers so guests could make their own?

I found that one on e-bay. A friend of mine has one that's all stainlee steel and really nice looking and it actually works but I couldn't find it anywhere! :(
I love them!!! We didn't make them at our reception because it wasn't really possible but we had them at the rehearsal dinner - firepit in the backyard!
There is a restaurant in Philly that does S'Mores as a dessert at the table. It's called COSI. You can look up how they do it and each table can get their own little s'more maker. It's essentially a sterno in the middle with the s'more stuff around it.

I really want to do s'mores at my wedding, since my mom is a "s'more master," and she made them for us on our first date. Anyone done them in a cool, non-open-fire kinda way??
