I always recommend www.paperandmore.com. They have beautiful paper for use in wedding related print. I bought all of my invitation/program/placecard paper from there. They offer samples of paper for usually $.50 and only $1 flat to ship. I used pearlescent metallic - pearl white. Has a nice shimmer to it.
Hobby Lobby (if you have one in your area). Or try scrapbooking stores.
Also www.envelopemall.com has cardstock as well.
I always like the Paper SOurce sale section on their website and they tend to have % off coupons or free shipping once you spend a specific amount.
I don't know if you have any fabric that you're using in your wedding with a pattern to it or anything like that, but I did (used it to make runners and bunting) and then took that fabric to Kinko's, laid it on a color copier and made copies. They were about $.50 each and that way they match all the other things in the wedding.

I need to find paper for the outside of a booklet style program. I'm looking for 8.5x11 nice paper or card stock. Any websites or stores worth checking out that you know of?
I've check Office Max and JoAnn's, to no avail!
