My mom shops at Lane Bryant and Avenue all the time. I'm not sure if they carry white dresses (I doubt it), but it's worth looking. I believe they have websites. F21 has a plus size line. I went there yesterday and they have a lot of pretty dresses.
I would order a bridsmaid dress in white! That would def. be in your price range!
Go to David's. Their $99 sale is going on right now and they have some amazing dresses on sale.
David's Bridal website has an outlet section. I just checked and they have about a half dozen or so shorter dresses in plus sizes for $99-$150 range. I got my dress this way and got a high quality dress for about 70% off.

Does it have to be short? There are a few gorgeous long ones at Davids for under 200.

You could look on ebay too. This one is only a 14 but you get the idea
I found some AMAZING tea length dresses at Davids Bridal when I went looking!! I wound up with a long dress...but I highly recomend checking them out...also like another bee posted I would totally check out bridesmaid dressees
I can see this short one being worn at a JOP wedding, but they have a couple long dresses that are very beautiful as well.
did you not like the pictures of the one I sent you? You could get more bling for it?

Hi Ladies,
I am looking for a short plus sized wedding gown for my justice of the peace wedding on April 29. It doesn't have to be a true wedding gown but it does need to be fancy (no sun dresses or party/club dresses). I've tried Torrid, Igigi, Macy's, & Nordstroms and have come up empty handed. ANy suggestions would be great!
I don't have a huge budget and would like to stay under $200.
