super cheap & many options at butterflyxc.com....they also have an ebay store that is even cheaper...I kid you not, they have cute dresses for 10-30! I really don't see why people spend $100 on a little girls' dress...no judgement, I just have 2 nieces and would never spend that much on something they will wear for a year on rare occassions!
I was going to recomend Pegeen.com, but yeah, their dresses run around $160.00. I came to give my 2 cents and istead got some advice from cannotwait, thanks! i will def. check them out.
I used www.flowergirldressforless.com, and it was okay, but I have heard really good things about www.shopbriarpatch.com.

I definitely reccomend www.flowergirldressforless.com. It's beautiful and was so affordable.
