Hi ladies! I’m hoping you can help me out. I am planning to buy approx 100 personalized stemless wine glasses as wedding favours and am wondering if anyone has suggestions on what website to buy them from. How many did you buy and how much were they including shipping? Thank you in advance!

I would save your money. Or provide a set of unpersonalized glasses.
Anything with your wedding date or names will be quickly discarded (sorry, I don’t say this to be mean, only to save yourselves some cash). I have a set of matching wine glasses and having a one off is something I stopped in University. This is true of most adults.

Collllleen: thank you! I will take a look.
andielovesj: thanks for your input! I didn’t even think of the possibility that our favors would be thrown out because I’ve kept all the ones I’ve received, personalized or not. But you’re right, if it’s personalized and just one glass, my guests are less likely to keep them.

I’m with the pp. I would either not take it home from the wedding or put it in the box for the thrift store as soon as it was washed at home.
deelirious: Unless favors are absolutely mandatory where you live, I would save your money. Unless it’s something edible or outrageously expensive, most weding favors are money ill spent.

My husband and I actually got the same glasses, at a wedding last year. They’re a perfect size or my morning 12 oz. of tomato juice, but one of the personalized thingies (looked like stickers), came off within a month (dishwasher). If they were not the size I need, they would have gone into the charity box, as would anything plastic, shot glasses (we don’t drink alcohol), koozies, etc.

If you were planning on your guests using them during the reception, you could get some removeable chalkboard stickers and a chalk pen, so they can write their names on the glasses supplied by your vendor.
There is a risk that they will think those glasses are favors though.

I too agree with the PPs. I would leave the glass at the reception.

Beau-coup always has a sale ! We are estimating to buy 140. With shipping, and personalization fee it comes out to $227. I thought this was very reasonable and super cute 🙂
