I got VERY cheap ribbon from http://www.papermart.com/, where I ordered my boxes for our candy buffet. I only added the ribbon because I needed my order to be $3 more for free shipping. I got my order in about a week and a half and it was a great deal for bulkribbon!
I'll second papermart.com. They have amazing prices, and tons to choose from.
Maybe just check walmart to see what they have. I found the ribbon I used fo rmy guest book and flower basket there.
I used jkmribbon.com - they have tons of options and their prices are way cheaper. The ribbon comes in larger quantities (50 yard+ rolls), so it ended up being cheaper than getting tons of rolls from Michaels.

aw man I cant find any place with ribbon in manhattan I wracked my brains out, duane reade, Kmart, dollar store in chinatown, art supply store, nada, nothing, help!!!!!!!!!
Check out eBay! You can get 100 Yards for less than 5 bucks. It's a great deal.
I also used jkmribbon.com -- their ribbon is super affordable, but be aware that they take a little while to ship (I think they shipped 10 days after I placed my order)
i used efavormart. It's super cheap! For my 3/8" ribbon, 100yards was only $4! For 7/8" I think it was round that price but for 25yds. Still not bad imo.
I used ribbonfactory.com, they can also pre-cut the ribbon into strips for you. Affordable, fast shipping, and a huge variety of colors!
I second ribbonfactory.com, I got 120yards of ribbon for $30. Amazing!

I got some ribbon from codwholesale.com. I was really impressed with their color selection and their low prices. I got the ribbon and the quality was great! I got two different widths. I wanted some to tie programs, but I also have flip flops to tie together. And you never know when you can use more ribbon!

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone knows a good place to buy satin ribbon. I need ivory satin ribbon about 7/8" to use as binding for my programs. Not sure how much I'll need...maybe 40-50 yards. The ribbon I found at Michael's was $20 for 20 yards. That seems high, no? Any suggestions on a reputable online vendor?
