David's Bridal carries at least one style of shoe clip online, they might have it in stores as well. Otherwise, you can use vintage clip-on earrings as shoe clips - that's what I'm doing. I got mine on Etsy, but I'm sure you'd be able to find some at thrift/consignment shops.
I think Plasticland (shopplasticland.com) has some shoe clips...Modcloth did, too, the last time I checked.

Anybody know a store that carries shoe clips in it? All I can find are online!
