You can cut down tabloid (11x17) card stock. Or you can take the bunch and have Kinko's do the trim for you with their gigantic trimmer.
Your best bet is to buy it in sheets of 11 x 17 (as mentioned) - but you could also go with 35x22, then you'd get 4 from each sheet. You can have that cut down too and you get more for your money.

Anchor paper is wonderful to work with and will cut your paper to the size you need.
They have all sorts of colors and sizes of cardstock (including a great selection of recycled options), many with matching envelopes if you need them, and they will cut the paper to whatever size you specify.

I can't seem to find 7x17" cardstock in chocolate brown anywhere. Has anyone found any? Thanks!
