That white one is from ikea... its black, the person must have painted it, and its $25... i have it and love it!

I would try places like Home Goods or Marshalls, they usually have that type of stuff in stock for reasonable prices.
I bought 8 of the frames below in Creamy Ivory from Nikki's Nifftys on Etsy -- http://www.etsy.com/shop/nicolesuder?ref=top_trail. Nicole, the seller, is super-friendly, and the frames are even prettier in person. Plus, they're the perfect size for table numbers.
I definitely saw a bunch of these in TJ Maxx for about $7-8 each. Not sure what your budget is, but I ended up getting some frames at the dollar store and an antique pewter kit at Michaels.

Try Hobby Lobby, Kirkland's, and Garden Ridge. These are 3 of my favorite stores ever!!!!!
I've seen LOTS of frames like this at Hobby Lobby --- and they're usually 1/2 off too! :)
I was also going to recommend Nikki's Nifties (http://www.etsy.com/shop/nicolesuder?ref=top_trail) - I sent her a custom request and she was so helpful about it! And she met my price and time request with no complaints. :)
I'm looking forward to getting my frames from her, and considering her awesome feedback ratings, I expect to love them. :)
I agree with TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Tuesday Morning, etc. I feel like I also see them at thrift stores a lot.
Def try the thrift stores in your area! Even if they don't have them in the right colors you can spray paint them.
I agree with trying TJ max, Ross, and that type of store. They're very inexpensive, especially in their sale section.
I went to Walgreens for ours. They aren't everything I would like them to be, but they were $1 each and I just spray painted them to be the color I wanted, they were silver.
Hobby Lobby, for the win! I got tons of old school frames for my vintage wedding from there! :D
