Old Navy has dollar days during the summer when their flip flops drop down to $1/pair.  I don’t know of a cheaper option if you need them sooner though.

If you have any dollar tree, family dollar or dollar general, they all have flip flops for $1 each.

MrsWinTraining2014:  I second the dollar store idea. But is $1 a pair and $2.50 a pair really going to make much difference? A PP also mentioned that Old Navy ones go down to $1 a pair – those are the kind I usually got as a bridesmaid and they hold up well. Not sure about the dollar store ones.

baileyjosephine:  YUP dollar tree or 99 cent store usually always has some in stock.

Michaels and Hobby Lobby have dollar flip flops in different sizes and colors for crafts/decorating. I imagine there are a lot of 99 cent stores that sell them, too.

leisha606:  good point!  I remember looking online when I wanted to buy them for our reception, and it said they stopped selling them.  could they be seasonal?

MrsWinTraining2014:  I found some really cheap pairs on Craigslist– brides who had bought too many for their weddings were eager to unload them cheaply!

There are 2 days a year where old navy has $1 flip flops, I believe in spring.

MrsWinTraining2014:  Hey, I get it, I’m all for scrimping and saving but if $9 is going to break you then maybe just forgo the flip flops.

I was going to suggest Old Navy too.  They’re pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for.  The Dollar Store is a good idea, too.

Unfortunately, with summer right around the corner, stores are more apt to be raising their prices than lowering them on summer goods.

Call an Old Navy and see if their management knows when the next flip flop sale is. They’ll be $1, and it should be coming up soon. Everything in retail happens a season early, so they’re probably prepping for summer.
