i think you may be able to find some in fabric stores, etc. but it may be easier to just go on etsy and look at things like belts that you can make into straps. i know the etsy seller that i am going through has this option for some of her belts.

Hi all!
I'm going to add cap sleeves to my currently strapless dress. The place where I purchased my dress had little cap sleeves to try on, but they weren't quite right. I would like to find some material that is sheer, with beading and sparkle, but don't know if this is out there. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
