where to find suits for XL guys?

FI is 6'6" and wears a 48XL jacket and his brother, the BM, is 6'8" and wears a 46XL jacket. They are tall, but not heavy. Anyone have trouble finding these sizes for a reasonable price? We tried JC Penny and Macys, but they don't have anything big enough. Then we went to Mens Wearhouse and they wanted about $500 for a suit that would fit FI.

Any suggestions on where else to go for suits? We really don't want to pay more for his suit than I paid for my dress, and it's looking like it will be hard to avoid. We are on a small budget and it's going to on the casual side of weddings.

Sign up for the emails for Jos A. Banks, if there is one near you. I would also sign up for the promo emails on Men's Wearhouse, because even if the suit is $500 now, they will have a 50% off sale sooner or later. ALso look for smaller Big & Tall stores in your area.
