TwinkleBoss:  have you checked etsy? Or Zulily? I seem to see things like that on those sites! Good luck!

TwinkleBoss:  Bumping this because I want to know too! I’m looking for a full length white tulle skirt, but all the ones I can find are at least $100. Tulle is relatively cheap so I’m thinking I might just sew my own.

On a side note, I checked out Modcloth and they just posted a wine colored tulle skirt in addition to the peach and grey.

TwinkleBoss:  they are expensive because because tulle is delicate and difficult to work with.  so don’t be surprised if the nicer tulle skirts are definitely $100+.  my guess is *most* of the lesser priced ones are made out of the rougher tulle

I just got an ivory one on etsy (I thought for my engagement photos, unfortunately it isn’t as flattering on me as I’d hoped, the skirt itself is amazing though) and I paid about $80.  I’m not sure if you’ll find one for $45 but if you can come up in price a bit etsy is a great place to look.

TwinkleBoss:  I own one purple tulle skirt- satin underlay, then 5 layers of tulle.  Got it for $89- back in 1998 LOL (wore it to prom!)

I’m totally not familiar with modcloth (maybe I should check them out!)– Im sure you CAN find higher quality tulle skirts for less money- it’s just a matter of finding them.

I’m only going off of what I saw tulle priced for last year in the Fall– I needed some for my wedding, had a tulle shoulder wrap, and my dress was tulle
