I think the reason that you’re having a hard time finding it is that a band that size would be very likely to lose stones easily. What about a milgrain pattern on a 1 mm? Or a little bit thicker band with diamonds?

That’s super thin! Etsy has some pretty thin ones but I don’t know if there are any 1mm diamond bands.

The thinnest I’ve ever seen was 1.5mm. And that’s rare.

@tigerbell:  try looking for “thin stacking bands”. I don’t know if you will be able to find 1mm, but I’ve seen someone on overstock that I think were 1.3 which is still SUPER tiny. I know exactly what look you are going for, I love Blake Lively’s thin band! I doubt even hers is as small as 1mm though.

@tigerbell:  Just an FYI, but <1.5 mm bands can very easily warp/bend over time. And like PPs have said, it is easier to lose pave. Something to keep in mind. I’m not sure if you can find anything (not custom made) <1.5mm.

@jessicadarling:  <- very good suggestion! Etsy is a great source for this search 🙂

FWIW, I bought a 1.5 mm cz ring from berricle.com to see if I liked the way it looks with my e-ring (trying to decide on a wedding band). Here’s a pic (two 1.5mm bands):

@tigerbell:  I think that the angle of that picture is a little misleading. Her engagement ring band looks so MUCH thicker because you can see both the top and the side of it.. I think from head on the difference isn’t as big. I’ve seen other pictures of her set and the difference isn’t so extreme.

ETA here it is from another angle. They actually might be the same.

Is her band really diamonds or is it more “beads” of silver? Etsy is a wonderful place to browse and some sellers will make you custom rings!

@tigerbell:  I saw this a few months ago and all the bands look to be around the same width in the still from the video.

@FutureDrAtkins: I like those two thin bands with your engagement ring–I feel like they go really well with the double halo style of your ring.

my e ring was made by sundarigems on etsy and the band is diamond and 1.3mm, there is a matching wedding band of the same which i’ll be purchasing.

my ering is really well made and super sparkly, i believe her thin bands start from 350 dollars, might be worth a look 🙂
