You can also try Bloomingdales, Saks, or Neimans...
I searched FOREVER to find some I like becuase I'm also anti-shine and I am having a morning somewhat casual wedding! So here's all the places I've checked!
us.dorthyperkins.com
us.topshop.om
us.missselfridge.com
us.asos.com
There's a ton of options here and so many cute dresses and most of them are pretty reasonably priced. Good luck!
Usually local wedding dress shoppes around your area are off the rack. Thats where I got mine.
Great suggestions above, but I'd also add JCPenny, The Limited, Cache, White House Black Market...
What are you looking for? Maybe we help you if you provide a color.
Thanks, I can't believe I forgot about Banana Republic!
@RayRayFurious: Good question, I think it will be blue BUT most of the girls are getting together to go shopping in 2 weeks and I'm that long distance BM who can't go with them so I won't know for sure until they go shopping. Last time I was in a similar position, the bride went out intending to order blue dresses but found a dress that looked awesome in a deep red so I am aware her vision could change if they were to find coordinating dresses in another color.
I just want to be aware of what's avaliable right now and know where to look once I have the color. I saw quite a few navy dresses I like but am pretty sure that will be too dark. I also say a few pink or teal dresses that I like in case the color shifts. I wish I could just get one now because there are so many Jan. sales.
I picked this for my bridesmaids off of overstock.com.

They are really pretty, affordable, and overstock.com does have a good return policy. We actually ordered the dress in multiple sizes, tried, and returned what didn't work.
And, if you really have a lot of flexibility in style and color, I'd probably try TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross and the like, if you have them nearby.
seriously- try davids bridal. I know that you stated "non-bridesmaid" dress, but a lot of the ones they have are simply special occasion cocktail dresses
@bheis: Thanks for the list, I have tried a lot of those but forgot about Top Shop and a few others. Your anti shine, somewhat casual full summer sounds like just what I need. Can I ask what you decided on?
I got more directions this morning. It should be non-satin (which is prob. the hardest criteria when I actually look), not shiny, above the knee and in a coral/lt. pink/peach or pinky purple shade. She also says we should pick a dress we will wear again which I am sure I could do as I like pinks. I am hoping to find something in the orange family and under $100. So far, Urban Outfitters and H&M have been two online shops that surprised me with realistic options. I am hoping to try some on after work at H&M if I have time. If anyone has come across something that meets this description I would be happy to see what you found. Realistically I have 2 months to find something but, as a recent bride, I know it is nice to just cross these things off your list ASAP so I don't really want to stress her out by waiting and I know 3 of the girls already have dresses from their shopping trip so I don't want to be last since we are all wearing different colors.
Thanks again for all the suggestions ladies!
I ended up changing the color of the dresses bc i found something i love! but i've decided on http://www.shabbyapple.com/p-1414-alice.aspx
its still not shiny or over the top. it was just easier to find one i love rather than get all the girls to go along with my mismatch choices.
I absolutely love shabby apple! I forgot to add that to the first list, but i had been checking for dresses on their since i started planning but wasnt finding anything that was perfect until that dress came out.
This dress seems like it may meet the criteria.

I need a non-bridesmaid BM dress. The bride asked us to get a dress that is knee length or shorter and not shiny. The wedding is outdoors (in a georgeous botanical garden) this summer. I have a couple of months but since everyone needs to go to gether, can't wait too long so I am hoping to catch something in store (online) now or in the early spring season.
So, I turn to you bees, what are some good websites to get a dress that also have a good return policy.I know the standard department stores (Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales) as well as J.Crew and Ann Taylor are good resources and I just remembered bluefly.com, what else am I missing? Where else can I look?
