So my mommy just passed away. My grandmothers have long since passed. The notion that I will get any jewelry gifted or passed down to me on my wedding day doesn't seem realistic so...I need to find some nice looking jewelry to wear.

I'd like to find a necklace and earring set thats under $100, made of sterling silver, crystals, and maybe pearls.

    Any ideas?

I would recommend checking out Etsy--tons of options there.  Because you are dealing with individuals, there are lots of opportunities for customization.  I just used http://www.etsy.com/shop/Handwired for my bridesmaid gifts.  I may have her do some hair thingies for my flower girls too.  I also liked http://www.etsy.com/shop/hamptonjewels a lot as well.

I am very sorry about your mother.  My father died 16 years ago and it is still hard to do this without him.  Can't even imagine what it would be like without my mom.

Amazon.com has some cute sets, too.

    Like these: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_2_9?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=bridal+jewelry+sets&x=0&y=0&sprefix=bridal+je

Also, check your local mall. Stores like Macy's and Nordstrom often have great, inexpensive finds.

I like www.cinderellaspumpkin.com. I thought there were some nice sets there and they weren't that expensive. Good luck!
