most of the makeup counters (bobby brown, MAC, shisheido, lancome, etc.) at the mall do it for free. However, some require that you make a minimum purchase of their product. The good news is that you can purchase the goods, then return it :) You can call them to make an appointment.
I agree with @msritaliu. Check out the makeup counters at South Coast Plaza. I recently bought some cream from Estee Lauder at Macy's and the makeup lady noticed my ring and told me she can do wedding makeup for me. Too bad I already have my hair/makeup girl, but it was still nice of her to offer. Oh, and she also said they're having a makeup event soon, so you can sign up for one of those (where people go and get makeovers/try products). Good luck! :)
Lancome in Nordstrom at South Coast is taking appointments for their makeup event on April 9 and 10.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
Ladies, where would you recommend going to get your makeup done for free or for every little in OC. My fiance and I are doing enagement pictures in a couple of weeks and not being from Cali I'm a fish out of water and have no idea where to go. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
