I would try some of your local florists to see if they would rent some out. Or any event design company or rental company? There are of a lot of rental companies out there that rent out chandeliers and furniture for weddings/events, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
Also, if you're going for something simple, have you considered just buying something? It might end up being cheaper than renting but you'll have to price compare to figure that out. Maybe try to sell them after?
Check with school theatre departments. They may have some props for performances. Also, look at home improvement stores for re-purposing stuff. You should be able to find large cardboard tubes, some MDF, wood glue and a can of spray paint. You could make your own in an afternoon :).

Hi All
I'm trying to find somewhere to rent pedestals for flower arrangements that don't look like greco roman columns. A simple cylinder or boxy typ thing wood work.
Does anyone have any ideas?
