Check any rental company, I suggest either Signature Party Rentals or Classic Party Rentals. Price check. They have white folding chairs, if you want them to set them up it is an additional cost, otherwise they will just drop them off. Both charge delivery fees as well. You can call and ask for a quote, let them know how many you need, what time you need them set up by and when they will need to be picked up.
A friend of mine used Classic Party Rentals because it was cheaper than Raphael's Party Rental. But I hear that Raphael's has a bigger selection to choose from.
AVOID california party rental in arcadia! my experience with them has been subpar to say the least. the company delivered my chairs almost 1hr late, while the owner refused to admit how late his guys were. things never go exactly as planned especially regarding weddings, but when the owner is rude to you on the phone, insist his guys were only 25mins late, and is giving you the run around regarding a promised refund, it's best to not do business with them. hopefully this helps, so you don't have to experience what i did = )
I used Arcadia Party Rentals last year and I was very happy with them. http://www.arcadiapartyrentals.net/arcadia/ Like the poster said above, they charge delivery and there are extra charges to put them up and take them down. Definitely call a few places with exact location and dates and time for a quote as there is a wide difference for the hidden charges (delivery, set up, tear down, specific time delivery, stairs charge). If you need delivery for a very specific time instead of a 4 hour window in the morning or afternoon, there is normally a charge for that too. Some places will also charge you extra if there are stairs to get to where the chairs need to be.

can anybody let me know which company is good for renting chairs for ceremony? also, when they ship them to you, do they set them up for you too or is it your job? please advice. thanks! i live in the LA area btw.
