i would go with grand central, since you'll be close, and then maybe central park, lincoln center and time warner (since they're all close together). All beautiful NY spots and not too much time wasted traveling between spots :)
We are doing pics on the Highline. This also puts you near the Village with adorable cobblestone streets to takes pics in.

So I'm trying to figure out where to get pictures after the ceremony
We are going to do family pictures in front of the church on 38th and Park..and will probably take some at The W where are reception is.
We have about 2 hours to go around the city to get other shots...some of my thoughts..
- There is a place right on 40th and park where grand central would be a good back drop..think a few there would be nice
- Madison Square Park/Flatiron Building
- Central Park
- Time Warner Center area
- We were thinking about the Seaport, but the permits are a pain.
We dont' want to go to make locations becuase we want to be back in time for our cocktail hour.
Any suggestions?
