We're debating between Artspace, the Museum of Natural Science, and a location on Topsail right now.
I wanted to do All Saints Chapel but it's way too expensive for our budget :(
Ceremony at St. Thomas More in Chapel Hill, and reception at Bay 7 at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham.
I LOVE my reception site, but am also a little nervous about it...it's so big and open and empty! @stringerb3 you are exactly right about it being a blank canvas! But looking forward to making it my own unique space :)

Our ceremony is at Duke Chapel.
Reception afterwards at Parizade! It's the opposite end of the spectrum from Bay 7 (which I thought was great too!), the space already has a very set personality, color, and decoration ... our challenge is to work "us" into it!
I'm looking for some advice from some other Chapel Hill area brides. I'm moving down there for school in the fall and am totally unfamiliar with the area but am hoping to do some of the legwork from up here before I go. I've looked at places online in the Raleigh/Durham areas. I love what I've seen online about Bay 7. Can anyone give me a little bit better of a cost breakdown for that space? and any other tips on flowers/cakes in the area. Thanks so much!!
Live East of Raleigh and wanted a cathederal feel. Found Castle McCulloch in Greensboro.
We are having both the ceremony and reception at Prestonwood Country Club! We are having it on a Friday evening to save $8,000!!
