We've booked our honeymoon!!!!
I thought it would be cool to start a thread for bees to post where everyone is going on their honeymoon.
I'll start - we're going to Morocco :-))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Oh monicka, why the doubts?
We're doing to Cairns and Sydney, Australia. So excited!
OMG. Morocco sounds awesome!!!
We're doing a 3wk hardcore backpacking trip through Europe!! Can't wait!!
We're hitting Ireland, Italy, France, Germany and possibly Greece.
It's been a dream of ours for so long!
@ moo...to tell you the truth I don't really know. I think I'm just in that so close to my wedding time to freak out funk....ya know?

@monicka, ooh the wedding funk. I had that the other day - all I can say is that it'll get better and remember at the end of the day what matters is you're getting married. And your honeymoon will feel great and relaxing and you'll come back feeling amazing :)

We didn't go on a honeymoon yet. His grandma has a time share in Gulf Shores that she is letting us have for a week in May.
@lindsey316 - Actually I'm half Fijian! I was born there and my mom is full Fijian. I've never heard of the resort but it looks pretty good!
We're not even close to booking it yet but probably Spain or Greece.
Morocco is a cool idea, too. Adding it to the list! Although we can always hit up Morocco for a day if we're in the south of Spain - it's a quick ferry ride over.

@msmonika - I've had the wedding funk so many times, doing it at the moment with flowers :-))))))))))
I guess Im the only one staying in the US. We are going to Pagosa Springs Colorado!
We're still undecided, but I think what we'll end up choosing is a week long cruise to the Caribbean!! It hits Jamaica, Cozumel and the Caymans!!!
Dominica in the Carribean, we leave on March 4th for 10 days!
Edinburgh, Scotland! We're SOOOO excited, we'll be sampling single malts and Scottish bands and castles and things with oats in them!
@littlemissmoo - I am doing the same thing! Australia, we're definitely going to Cairns and Sydney and are going to add one other place into the trip. I have done no planning besides PMing a few bees and ordering a Lonely Planet guide.

P.S. There's a super fancy restaurant called Rhubarb at the Prestonfield Hotel in Edinburgh you might like. They have highland cows and peacocks on their grounds and it's quite central :-) look up www.prestonfield.com not too pricy either for a special treat ;-)
P.P.S. you have to do the Scottish whisky experience www.whisky-heritage.co.uk , we visited the day my FI proposed :-))))))))))
Whoever is going to italy~~~you guys have fun!!! i havent been at home since i left almost 6 years ago.. i wanted to go back home for the honeymoon and show my fiancee my town and everything, but we are spending already a lot of money for the wedding and we just bought a house... so we decided for something simple, quite and nature...ALASKA!!! cant wait!
We are going to Oahu, Hawaii!! 7 nights, 8 days, starting March 1st. So excited!
It may be a little unconventional, but we're going to NYC!! Super excited!
NYC and California for 2 weeks then home to Australia for 2 weeks for us -- we are taking all of October off work!
