I love his blogs too! I love that besides Mr. Bee, he's another guy contributing to our wedding planning world!
Where is Mr. Mango?
I love that Mr. Bee and Mr. Mango are here to provide the male perspective.
I know! Without him, my centerpeices would have never happened!!
He's probably knee-depth in wedding planning... I know I dropped off the face of the planet as it got closer to my wedding day.
I was wondering that the other day! I'm sure he's busy wedding planning!
Oh, I love his blogs! It has been awhile since I got to read a new one!
I've been wondering that about Miss Dewdrop, I was excited for her wedding but she hasn't posted in forever...Sadness, ditto to Mr Mango :(
Come back!
@miss trailmix, congrats on being the newest blogger! do we know you 'round these parts by a different name? Can I ask that and still be polite? :)
All of his links and everything are gone! Aww, I loved having a Mr. around the blog. I hope he comes back to the Bee.
@Miss Britt - oh my gosh, I didn't even realise his posts were gone! His website and twitter seem to be gone as well. I hope he comes back.
Mr. Mango has stepped down as a Bee, for personal reasons. We probably won't be posting a public announcement on the blog, just to respect his privacy.
We'd love to have another groom blogger - our only other groom blogger was Mr. Monkey!
Well I hope Mr. Mango is doing okay. I really enjoyed his posts. :(
And I was wondering the exact same thing about Miss Dewdrop... I needed more half-South Asian wedding inspiration, and she stopped with her table numbers! Looking forward to her recaps. :)
Anyone know what happened to Mrs. Spring Roll? We haven't heard from her since April!
We'll drop Mrs. Spring Roll an email and check in with her!
I'm going to miss Mr. Mango too - I hope he lurks around to see how much we loved having him here! Hope he's doing ok too!
Oh no! I hope all is well for him. I loved a male's POV on here.
That's too bad about Mango! He was a riot.
There are a couple of bees that seem to drop off. I LOVE recaps so it always makes me sad not to see them post them.
I'm sad to hear that Mr. Mango is having personal issues. He was a nice change of pace here and I truly hope everything is OK. But to be perfectly honest, just dropping off the face of the earth (or blog in this instance) without explanation isn't very fair to your readers. Miss Snapdragon and Miss Fondue were so refreshingly honest when it came to telling us they had to step down. I respect his right to privacy, no question about that. But I think you owe it to your readers to be open and honest, at least about the fact that he will no longer be a blogger here. I'm sure Snapdragon and Fondue's stories helped some one going through the same thing. What's to say that Mango's wouldn't? The Bees are *real people* with *real problems* just like us *regulars*. It's important to show that we don't all have perfect relationships. Mrs. Cheese is a perfect example of what I'm trying to get at.
Sorry if this came off as sort of a rant, I just feel like tip-toeing around the subject might not be the best way to go about it.
Yea?! Where is he??? And to second the others...Mrs.Spring Roll's MIA makes me sad too, because I loved reading about Florida-ness.
I sincerely hope that we can respect his privacy enough to let him give his own explanation (or none, if he wishes) in his own time. There are a lot of scenarios that I personally have gone through that I would never, ever share with a blogging community. Health, family issues, etc., I personally choose to keep these parts of my life very private, and I hope that we can respect all of the bloggers enough to know that if something serious happens in their lives that they don't choose to share with the community, then we can respect that.
@mrs. penguin - that is totally respectable. thanks for the heads up, and hope everything goes well for him and his family.
Life is so tough sometimes. When you are a blogger and you have an active group of followers, it easy to get wrapped up in everything. Life is hard. Relationships are a lot of work, when you throw wedding planning into all that, it can get so overwhelming. I am sure everyone here has had times where life just gets way to hectic to try and act perky and excited about a stressful event. Were all human, emotions get the best of us sometimes and we just want to be alone. It happens.
*hugs* for Mr. Mango - hopefully he checks in to say hi but it is totally understandable if he doesn't.
Thanks, Mr. Bee - I had no idea there was a Mr. Monkey! VERY cool! Showing this to Loverboy tonight...
@ MrsCox2B: boy you hit the nail on the head about trying to always act perky and excited about the wedding...and I am not even a blogger.
@daydreamwanderer- Sorry, just came back to this thread and before I was Miss Trail Mix, I was runrgurl10! :)
I do miss the MANgo though- I sincerely hope all is well! Sending good juju his way...
Awww.. Mr Mango's posts were always so entertaining. I'll miss him here in the hive! Best wishes to him.
there are some old bees as well who never finished recaps, donut, chickadee, , sweet tea. i understand things happen in people's lives and this is a voluntary process, i just wish as readers we were given some sort of hey i'm leaving or some sort of explination. weddingbee works because the readers feel connected to the bloggers and when they sometimes disappear it breaks that trust.
Wow I can't believe it's taken me 2 months to figure out where Mr. Mango has gone. I was just going to show one of my guy friends his blogs but found he wasn't listed under Bloggers anymore. How sad. I hope all is well with him. :o)

One of my favorite Bees, Mr. Mango, seems to be missing again. What happened? Who else is missing his Mango-ness?
