I think either of the smooth leathers would look great. I personally voted for the brown leather.

If you want “country”, suede footwear is not what anyone in the country would wear because it collects dust way to easily. Suede on feet says “city” to me.

According to “What Not to Wear”, black and brown are okay to wear together. Although I know some people prefer not to wear them together. I personally think it would look cute.

If you prefer the belt & boots to match, you could always go with the black smooth leather boots, or switch the belt for a brown leather (a big belt-buckle would be very “country” if you want to go that far! It may be too much with the pattern on the dress though, would have to see it to know if it worked or not).

The brown boots are the most Western, although I kinda wanna see the black suede with that dress.

I voted #3. Where is this taking place? In the country? If not, then I’d go with #3. I think it goes with the dress the best. If  you want to be more authentic, then I’d do black leather. I wouldn’t do the brown leather, I don’t think it would look good.
