I got the first one for my girls. I chose to do an initial and a different font and I love how they turned out! They are purple to match the wedding colors. (P.S. Ebay?)
# 3 on Etsy, if that is from who I am thinking it is, Kristin is AWESOME. She will work with you until you love everything about your fonts, colors, placement, etc. I love my bags-I bought 7 of them. They're perfect. Furthermore, she makes wine totes now too that are also cool...just so you know.
@pinkshoes: Yep. I find clothing and accessories that have a name on them to be a bit juvenille.
@pinkshoes: At this age, I don't carry a tote as a purse at all. I do use them to carry groceries, beach stuff, potlucks, change of clothes for work, etc. For other purposes, I think it's perfectly fine to have my name on it, and if I leave it somewhere, it'll find its way back to me.
@pinkshoes: yup I agree. Items with initials or names on them always remind me of sorority stuff from college. I wouldn't carry any of those totes.
I like the LOOK of the second bag better, but at 25, I wouldn't carry around a bag with my name or initial on it :/
I'm guessing that people use totes differently based on this thread, lol. To me, a tote is for the beach or groceries, possibly carrying to work (all my girls are teachers, for example.) I wouldn't use a tote as daily purse type thing, but I didn't think most people did. Maybe I'm just clueless.
I like #2 the best. Like @AmeliaBedelia: , I use them for carrying all sorts of different things back and forth and not like a purse so I don't mind my name on things.

I don't know if you're for sure sethose those but I got mine for $4 a pice and hey we're customizable :) We're having a destination wedding in New Orleans so I bought they could be akeepsake kinda thing!
I like #3 tho!!
@Earlybride: Just first initial then it would depend on what it was on, but usually not that either (I wouldn't wear an initial necklace, but like monogrammed towels or a makeup bag, maybe).
I think the last tote is better than the others, but I would still prefer something with a really cool fabric/pattern, or with a favorite quotation, or neat stitching or something like that.
I use totes to carry groceries or student work (I'm a teacher). I think the first one but initial only. Having the full name is too juvenile.
Definitely the third one (: I wouldn't want something with my full name on it.
I like #3 the best, but honestly, I wouldn't use a tote with my name or initials after your wedding.
#3 because I wouldn't want to carry a bag with my first name on it.
P.S. For what it's worth, I got black totes with names in script in red (red as my wedding color) for my BMs, and I know for a fact that they all use/carry their totes. Maybe not every day, but they do use them. :)
none. I'm giving them all something different.
1) special bikini (she's wanted one since forver)
2) makeup (her request)
3) visa card with money (broke college student)
none of the above... maybe with a different pattern or something as someone else mentioned.
Okay I pick # 3! I will be putting all their gifts in the totes and hand them out to my girls the day before the wedding. Cant wait! And plus they are decently priced!

The third tote doesn't look like it has a flat bottom, so I don't think it would be as useful for me. The first two seem better in that regard. I voted for the first one.
I'd prefer one with my initial. I dislike having anything with my name on it that is seen out in public.
