(Formal evening wedding in late September)
I don’t know what color yet… haha. Thinking black, slate, dark plum or dark red.
Technically have 3 styles, but I only have various pictures of two, since the third dress sample size didn’t fit everyone =
I have 4 bridesmaids, 3 are in the photos… there is a photo of the 4th bridesmaid at the end for body reference
(girl 1, Maid of honor)
(Girl 3, matron of honor)
3 out of 4 girls:
(from left to right is Matron/girl 3, then girl 2, then maid/girl 1)
Maid of honor
Matron of honor
This is dress 3, but it only fit on girl 2:
My other girl isn’t with us in the photos…. this dress is NOT an option…. but here is a picture of her just for reference:

I like dress 1 so much i’m gonna look for it my girls!!! 🙂

Th first dress really flatters your girls and that shape makes me think more structured and formal wedding. Good luck on your hunt!

@yanamari: Maybe it’s because I’m not really fond of that stiff looking material that the dresses are made from, but I actually love the pink dress the girl who wasn’t with you was wearing. It’s lovely and looks formal enough for the style you’re going for but comfy. I found the voting thing confusing and wasn’t sure if that dress was an option but PLEASE condsider them because I don’t think that your BMs really suit the stlye of the coloured dresses and the black ones might look a little odd for a wedding.
I get the feeling that I’ve been absolutely no help at all, but I wanted to throw in my two cents so there it is.

@BridieBea: Completely agree!

dress 1!! It looked great on everyone and is very classy 🙂

@BridieBea I second that!

I appreciate the input ^_^
She was trying those on when we were looking a July 1st as a date. The chiffon doesn’t really seem formal evening enough to me… at least not in late September. It would have been an option if we were doing July, or if we had done this polynesian-looking venue, but it just looks too beachy to me for the venue and the date and time =

I have to agree that I’m not really a fan of stiff looking material, but I think I’m pretty biased since we’re having an August beach wedding, LOL. Of the three, I think number one is my favorite and looks the best on all of your ladies. 🙂

The 2nd dresses look SO prom/dated.
I voted Dress 3 but are you saying you wouldn’t be able to get it in a size to fit the other girls or that the sample size only fit one of your girls?
Dress 1 is ok, I’m a huge fan of Bill Levkoff, but not of that last diagonal cut that almost looks like a wanna-be-peplum.

@yanamari: I kinda know what you mean, but I think a slightly more formal looking dress in a similar style and material would be best. A PP said that option 2 looks like a prom dresse and I agree, though I think 3 does too. Like I said before they do NOT flatter your BMs. I think that the pink chiffon one is a little too summery for a September wedding, but I don’t think that the other options would look very good, sorry. The black one makes me think of a mourning gown.

Dress #1. I wore dress #2 in a wedding as a bridesmaid. It’s a nice dress but it isn’t as flattering on your girls as #1. 🙂

I think the first dress looks great on all your girls! I think the last peach dress is pretty too…. Not a fan of the second set of dresses thou.

I like #1 the best. I also like the chiffon one…but I don’t think it’d be too summery when it is in black or another dark color. Though maybe you would think it wouldn’t be formal enough. Because I like that one almost more than #1.
