I am having the hardest time deciding which look to go with for my bridesmaids. I am getting married in April at a bed and breakfast in on the coast of Northern California. My colors are coral, white, and tan with accents of turquoise or robins blue and mustard yellow…
I love these coral dresses from J. Crew. I’m loving the look of cardigans over Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. I think my girls will definitely need something as it can get chilly on the coast.. What do you think of this dress with an ivory cardigan? I’m thinking this would be gorgeous with a chunky turquoise necklace…
or should i go with neutral colored dresses and coral colored cardigans and pops of color in the accessories? This is the Blakely dress in Driftwood from J. Crew…
Or maybe a darker colored neutral like the J. Crew Loralei in Fawn…

I like the idea of the darker neutral with a coral/peach cardigan. I think it would look really lovely!

I voted for the first dress. It’d be a lot easier, I think, to find ivory cardigans.

@Erinrn83:I really like the coral dress. Our original color palette was those exact colors and I absolutely love the color combination!

I love all 3 looks! But I voted for 2. I like the idea of a neutral dress with pops of color in the accessories.

I like the fawn because it isn’t bright and bridesmaidy. It won’t detract as much from the bride, the girls can wear it again almost anywhere, and with the right bouquets (that incorporate more color) it will still look amazing.

Coral is a hard color to pull off, and it looks horrible on me.
I’m not a huge fan of the neckline in #2, it might look weird with jewelry.

You can accent with coral tones in the flowers. And i just really really love lambs ear.

I voted for the first dress. I love the colour and ivory cardigans would look amazing with it!
But the third option is a close second… I really like that colour too!

All three options would look really lovely but the cut/shape/style of dress number 1 seems the most flattering to me. So that’s what I voted for.

@thefuturemrsrowe: Holy WOW that bouquet is amazing!

I love the first dress! The second dress is beautiful but wouldn’t look good on everyone’s skin tones. The third dress is pretty but doesn’t really say wedding to me.

I love the first dress too!

I voted the loralei dress. I just wanted to say that I have this dress and love it! I wear it all the time for work and it is very flattering and comfortable. My second choice would be the coral dress, whichever you choose they will look beautiful.
