    Everything sounds wonderful! I had a hard time selecting.

    Crab cakes

    Selection of open baguettes (would go with mainly veggie ones eg cheese, egg, etc)

    Ciabatta steak sandwich with red onion marmalade

    Tempura prawns with sweet chilli dip (p)

    I’d trade the tempura options for something else. Tempura is best if you eat it immediately after it’s cooked. Otherwise it gets soggy and chewy.

    I agree about the tempura. It gets gross pretty fast. What about mini samosas with chutney, or stuffed grape leaves with tzatziki?
