I am getting married with a garden ceremony/golf course reception. Which of these cake styles do you like better?
This one would be done about exactly like this. Maybe light pink or pale yellow flowers but that would be the only change.
I love this one! But we are not using any of these colors and I don’t think our colors (pale pink, pale yellow, gray) would look good with it. It would also be at least 3 tiers if we went with this style.

I like the first one best!

I love the first one, because I’ve never seen a cake like it!

Yeah I’m loving the first one too! Plus we are trying to keep everything really clean and kind of modern looking. My dress is also very plain with the exception of the crystal belt.

I like the first one…but I might prefer the flowers on either the top tier or the bottom tier.

I’ve always been in love with four tiered cakes where one in the middle is just totally different. Haha, I know that’s an oddly specfic category, but I’m sure you can relate!

I love the first one. It’s so pretty!

I do like the first one, but I hate it when things aren’t even. I don’t like how there are two plain tiers below the flower tier and only one tier above it. I dunno, but I always notice things like that.

@sourlemon: I really like the uneven-ness of it. That’s my favorite part! Which is strange for me since I am usually a little OCD about things being even. Lol.

@Chicken Little: Haha I totally relate! There are so many pretty cake designs but I want something a little different. Nothing too out there and crazy but definitely something that not everyone has seen before.

I really, really like the simplicity of the first! But I also love those flowers on the second one….
But, in the end, I voted for numero uno.

@Mrs.tobe: That’s where I was torn too! It’s nice to have some help in deciding! 🙂

I actually prefer the second one. I think you could still keep with a tan or off-white color and then use your light pink for flowers.

Why not combine elements of the two?
You could have #1 with a small trail of flowers cascading from the fully flowered tier to the bottom, similar to #2. I think it would look amazing!

I’m going to go against the grain. I love the second one!
I’d leave the base the tan color and do light pink and light yellow flowers. I think it would look great!
