Which canape to switch? We booked our caterer :)

    Pescetarians usually eat scallops, does your guest?  If they do, then I would keep that and switch out one of the others so that there’s a 4th option for this guest. Oops, entirely missed that the scallops were wrapped in prosciutto.  Sorry!

    Not sure which one to switch out though – you’re right, they all sound good!

    ETA: I personally don’t like pork belly, but I’m not counting that because as the groom’s favourite I think it automatically needs to stay in.

    @foxtrot:  I wouldn’t create an extra canape just for one guest (unless it’s an immediate family member) especially if there’s already going to be 2 vegetarian options they can eat

    @JulietFoxtrot:  the scallop is wrapped in proscuitto (Uncured bacon) so they wouldn’t be able to eat it

    I would take out the duck even though I love duck. It’s a more exotic meat so I think fewer people would be into it.

    @AlwaysSunny:  I agree. Aside from being something that a lot of people haven’t/wont try it is also the hardests to cook right.
