Windy City Limos is great -
They are very responsive and easy to work with. It's so important for you (or your planner or a family member) to have the phone number of the driver in advance. Windy City is always very open with this info, is very responsive leading up to the day and the drivers are great about knowing the route if you provide detailed information in advance.
You wouldn't believe the limo companies that are impossible to get ahold of, don't know where they are going and get lost, etc!
We're looking for a good limo company in Chicago, too. Any other suggestions bees?

I need to book a limo for our wedding day, but searching for the right one is super frustrating.
Does anyone have any recommendations (or rants) and limo companys they've used in the Chicagoland area?
Our wedding is in the SW suburbs, so they can't be downtown-only. My main concern is just finding a reputable company that will show up on time and treat us well.
