(Closed) Which day is the first of Aunt Flo's visit?

I’ve heard that if you start your period at night, then the next day counts as day 1.

If it’s only spotting it doesn’t count.  Today would be day one.

I count the first day of ACTUAL RED flow.  I usually spot and can spot quite a bit, but I only count the first day of actual flow as CD1.  Hope that helped.

i spot for a day or two also, but i don’t consider myself to be officially on my period until i see red blood.

If full flow starts before 4pm, that is day 1. If it starts after 4pm, then the next day is day 1. At least, that’s the protocol used by the fertility program we would use if we decided to TTC.

From research I’ved read day you see red is when you count …. Sticky baby dust to you !!! 🙂
