#3! i like the swirls, but all over is a bit much. a band is just perfect. :)
initially, #2 caught my eye but after taking a better look at them, #3 is my favorite. It's clean & classy with a touch of whimsy
i like number 2 but number 3 is my second choice. You should definatly use something else for your shower notes. You are not yet married and the notes are from you alone. If it is a Jack and Jill you can use something similar but you should take out the S since your married monogram shouldn't be used before the wedding.

#3 :) I agree with tberry. Your married initial shouldn't be used until after the wedding :)
I really wanted the M on my invitation and was told by my invitation designer that wasn't proper - I could use it at the wedding (Programs/Cake) but not on the invitations :)
Granted - You CAN do whatever you want :) This is just if you want to be prim and proper and follow ettiquitte :)
#3 it's a great compromise between 1 and 2, although any of them would be just beautiful! Use your own monogram, or a different style card for the shower gifts, especially if it's just a bridal shower.
Sweeney, where are you having these printed? I'm looking for printing ideas. I vote for 2 or 3... I think I like 2 the best. Do something different for your pre-wedding thank you's. It may be fun to do something with your current last name and then they get to see the new last name post wedding. Congrats on getting through the to-do list.

I love #3. I like all of them but the third one is very eye-catching.
And thanks for the heads up on the whole not-using-the-monogram-for-the-invitations thing. I was just playing around with a design for an embellishment on the front of them ... er, I mean working while at work! So now I'm going to have to come up with something else!
I like #1 and #3. #1 is very simple, yet elegant. #3 pops out more. Good job!
