OOOuuhh I answered before I saw the dark and white chocolate mousse cake. I want that one, too!
For summer, definitely something fruity - it's lighter and fits the season!
Omg, I want the cheesecake with chocolate like right now! At 9:30 in the morning... yummy! I just voted for it and I see that there's a 3 way tie. I guess if you chose any of the first 3, you'll be pleasing most people.

Originally I wanted to offer a choice of berry-sauce cheescake and white/dark chococlate mousse. I figured this would give people the choice of chocolate or berry.
But with only one choice, I feel like it was a very very hard choice. But I'm thinking we'll offer the chocolate lovers some chocolate at the late-night offerings and go with the Berry Cheesecake.
I voted for the berry cheesecake before reading this thread...So I think it's a good decision!
I love pavlovas (I made three for easter!) but they are no good in humid weather. I chose cheesecake with fruit!
I love cheesecake. I voted for the cheesecake with fruit sauce because I'm not a huge chocolate fan. They all sound good, though.

I would prefer plain cheesecake with the option of toppings on the side. Many people do not like toppings of any kind and you can't scrape them off since they do change the taste of the cake.

Yes I'm having a bit of a problem with this same deicision. I like the idea of having cake, and a pie of some sort or a fruit dessert, since not everyone is into cake or pie. One of the vendors I'm considering serves several desserts, one of which is key lime pie (sound of angels, please). Oh, decisions, decisions!

I talked to my caterer and she says that we should pick just one dessert to save time and money. I want to pick what most people would like. Which would you prefer (can vote for more than one if you'd like) ?
