I persnally prefer peonies to orchids, but glamorous would not be the word I would choose to describe them.

i think i would describe peonies more as a lush, opulent and "expensive/rich" flower.... They are very romantic in my opinion.

When i think of orchids i think of them as being more modern. They have very clean lines and work well in a more streamlined simple wedding theme.

I personally prefer peonies... if i could afford them in November i would have them in a heartbeat!
