Out of all these I’ve only been to Hyman’s.  Have you ever been there? It is far from fancy and I couldn’t imagine sitting there in a wedding dress.  The tables are pretty close together, so I’m not sure how good of a pick it would be.

Have you checked out Fleet’s Landing? I’m a huge fan, it’s right on the water, and they have longer tables which would accomodate your group. It’s a similar vibe to Hymans and T-Bonz.

Fleet Landing is delicious, and I’ve heard Burwell’s Stonfire Grill is good too.  I have not personally tried it, but a few close friends have given it good reviews.  It’s downtown by the Market and should be close to Kaminsky’s.  However, i’m not sure it would be an appropriate place for children.

@Scarlet_03:  I’ve tried both Fleet and Burwells for the first time this past month. Burwell’s is seriously LEGIT. Fleet was good, and the menu was on-point, but Burwells is a nicer atmosphere; agree with you on kid friendly, though – just not sure if it is!

Another outstanding local spot is Magnolia’s; I’d mention this is pricey, too but really anywhere downtown that isn’t a chain and is nicer – you’re going to pay more. Southend Brewery is nice, but a relaxed atmosphere that I’m sure would be kid-friendly. They’re also still pretty close to Kaminskys (my absolute favorite dessert joint)
