To be honest, i do not like either of those dresses on you :( I think you should keep looking!
I think that dress A is more flattering. I also like the simplicity of it. I think you look really awesome in it, tbh! It might be a little casual if you're having a formal affair, however.
We are definitely having a more casual wedding. Thank you for the honesty! I appreciate it! Keep the comments coming.
I prefer the 2nd one but I think I would change the middle part to the same color as the dress...Have you looked at a bunch of different stores and tried on a lot of dresses? Are you in love with either of these? I feel that if you're not head over heeels for one of these 2, then you should keep looking....But if you are, then go for it and you will be a beautiful bride :)
I love the second dress on you; it's very flattering. I actually like the gold/broze lace in the middle. I do like dress #1 - the train is amazing - but it looks very casual.
I love dress one if you're having a casual affair. And, it's easily dressed up for the ceremony with a veil and lovely accessories. I also think it's very flattering on you and I love the back!
I think I prefer the second dress on you. I like the sweethear neckline on you, I think it's flattering. And with that detail at the waist, your waist looks teeny! The halter style is pretty, but I feel like the ruching of the fabric at the bust is giving you too much volume. I think when you're larger chested (I have this issue, too), you don't want to add anything else there.
I love the fit of Dress A. It's a unique style and it's very flattering on you.
I like dress B but it depends on how formal your event will be. dress A seems to have too much fabric on the top for you.
I love dress two, I think it gives you a great hour glass figure, and this one doesn't even fit, I think it'll be WOWZA in your size, and I actually LOVE the color contrast. Dress one is really pretty too though..
I like some aspects of both....the style of the first one (but not the really high neckline) and the shape of the second one (but not the waist detailing).
If i had to pick one, I'd say #1. But, I say keep looking too =]
I absolutely love that first one! I really wanted something like that, but couldn't find anything like it. i'm so jealous. :) I think it goes perfectly with a more casual wedding.
Definitely dress A... it is so flattering on you! It looks like a great fit and comfortable.
My vote goes for dress #2. I feel like the straps on the first dress puts too much emphasis on your shoulders whereas the lace in the second makes your waist look smaller.
I love dress A on you! I think it fits great and looks amazing on you!
I like dress A altogether. B is nice from the the front but I'm not too sold on the color in the mid section. The first dress is simple but elegant.
My question to you is, which dress did you feel more comfortable in? I haven't found "THE ONE" yet, but I keep in mind comfort as I will dancing and moving about.
I think the first dress is gorgeous, and I LOVE the neckline! It's really unique and stylish rather than strapless like every other wedding dress in the world! If it were me, I would definitely downsize the train if you're having a more casual wedding, but that's just me. :) The second dress is lovely, but I think the waist detail is too busy and kind of cuts you in half.
Good luck! I know you'll look fabulous!!
I like the first dress as well! I think it is unique...definitely looks comfortable!
I really like dress A on you - it's a great dress and you look beautiful in it!
I actually think the second one is better on you. The vertical rusching on the first bodice just isn't that flattering. However, the colored band on the second one cuts you right across the middle...
I don't know... Do you feel like one of these is your dress? Are you absolutely set against looking some more. I think you would be able to find something that really accentuates your slim waist. You should flaunt it!
neither, sorry. although the 2nd is more flattering. i'd say to look for something similar to that one. GL
Thank you all again for the feedback! I'm going back and forth between them, but because of the comfort factor (as in not having to worry about flashing anyone) I am leaning towards the first dress. Although, the second one has the antique-y details that I love such as the gold lace and the gold ribbon. But I agree with you that the first dress is definitely different and unique; it even has pockets!! I could keep looking, though. I've only tried on about 15 dresses. I may make one more appointment for next week and see what I can find there. I was worried about dress b because I do have a fuller upper chest (not boobs) and it's not super flattering-- or at least I don't think.
Anyway, thanks again! I'll keep all of your suggestions in mind. :D
I like Dress A better, but I really don't love either one on you. I actually LOVED Dress A in the store, but I tried it on as well and it didn't do much for me since I have a larger bust. It looks like you and I are built similarly. I think a different neckline might be more flattering to your bustline. Of the two, I like A better, but I would suggest something with an off the shouler neckline, which is what I found to be very flattering!
I love the look of the second dress (strapless)!!! From the front you really look like a model! I love the detail and think that it is super flattering on you! Even though the sample wasn't your size, I still really love the back too! Good luck :)
@missrobot- I like the styling of the 2nd dress better, but I would keep looking if I were you. It doesn't sound like you are really in love with either of them. Also, remember that with the 2nd dress, since it's a sample, it may not look quite right on you. So your worries may be unfounded if you were to try the dress on in your size. :)
I like dress A on you better, but I think if you are not sure then you should keep looking. I know it sounds cheesy but when I found my dress I just knew it was the one I had to have and I didn't want to take it off.
I definitely like Dress A better but I think you should keep looking if you haven't found "the one". Good luck with your search. I'm about to start mine!
I vote for dress #2. I think it's more elegant and classy. The first one seems too casual. I think that before you make your decision, consider the venue. If you decide to do your wedding at a casual place like a barn or countryside, I would choose the first one, but if you're going to do it in a country club I would go with the second dress.
I like the front of the second dress but the back makes your hips and butt look bigger. I've got a big butt so I'm always looking for ways to make it look slimmer. The front is pretty. I think you should find on that has the sweetheart front but that falls around the waist like the first one because it makes your waist look tiny!
I like dress A better. You look more comfortable and I like it because it's not like every other dress out there...
If you aren't sold on one or the other, keep looking! 15 dresses isn't always enough to get a good sampling of what's out there.
I like the first one. Its simple, pretty and unique. (The second one is pretty, just doesnt strike me as unique.) But if you arent sold on it - keep lookin!

Hello Bees!
I need some advice deciding on a dress... Please let me know which you think looks better. Please keep in mind that the second dress was a sample that was not my size.
Thank you!
